What is AVA Internship?

AVA Internship Program is a well-designed program offering real-world experience in financial advisory, starting with a month of centralized training followed by work at a branch of your choice.

 

You will learn essential financial services, communication techniques like NLP, and participate in sales, financial planning, marketing, recruitment, and social media strategies.

 

We're seeking business-minded, open-minded candidates for roles in Financial Planning, Marketing, Sales, HR, and IT within wealth consultation.

Office Support Personnel/
Financial Planning

Job Specification of Intern In Wealth Planning Department:
•Arrange appointment with client to meet with our life planning advisor on financial planning or policy servicing issue. Explain the engagement process or underwriting cycle to client.
•Prepare policy summary worksheet for policy that is newly in-forced; keep clients informed the status of proposal by maintaining contact & respond to clients’ query.
•Inputting information into system database; fill-in e-proposal forms; communicating with underwriter through internet communication module; monitor & enhance social media projects.
•Drafting letters & emails to related business parties; follow-up the project progress & prepare required documents; assist in recruitment projects & human resource related tasks.
•Reading MII & MTA books, FPAM financial planning articles & other professional bodies’ materials to enhance professionalism in daily works and help to generate financial plan.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Open to all fields of study (with lecturer's approval for official internships or during semester breaks for voluntary internships).

  • Positive attitude, team player, and capable of working independently.

  • Willing to take on challenges.

  • Internship Duration: 1 to 6 months.

Accommodations

  • For outstation candidate that need accommodation during the internship program, we may provide air-conditioning hostel that come with attached bathroom and water heater.
